Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Manage payroll coordination, salary inputs and statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT and other applicable requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and day-to-day employee relations.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower planning, recruitment and other HR requirements.
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS and reports and ensure timely completion of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Independently manage the overall HR portfolio for a mid-sized organization, with strong coordination and follow-up.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 25 years of relevant HR experience; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- Strong exposure to HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Smart, proactive and well-organized professional with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can work independently, take ownership and handle a broad HR portfolio will be preferred.
