**JOB TITLE: Team Leader – Sales**

**LOCATION: Balapur, Navi Mumbai**

**MICRO MARKET: Navi Mumbai – Vashi to Panvel**

**EXPERIENCE: 7–12 Years**

**CTC: 10–12 LPA**

**NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred**

### MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

**Residential Real Estate experience is MANDATORY**

Candidates currently working as **Team Leaders / Sales Team Leaders** are preferred

Candidates with **7–8+ years of strong Residential Real Estate Sales experience** with team-handling exposure can be considered

Minimum **1–2 years of Sales Team Management experience**

Extensive experience in the **Navi Mumbai residential real estate market**

Robust market knowledge across **Vashi to Panvel**

Experience dealing with reputed developers preferred

Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Ability to recruit, train, coach and motivate Sales Consultants

**IMPORTANT: Candidates from other industries will NOT be considered.**

General sales experience without relevant **Residential Real Estate** experience will not be considered.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Consultants
- Drive residential real estate sales across Navi Mumbai
- Generate site visits,



closures and revenue
- Recruit, train and monitor team performance
- Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners
- Track sales targets, forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards
