Key Responsibilities
- Account & Landscape Management: Administer Global Accounts, Directories, Subaccounts, and Cloud Foundry spaces across development, quality, and production environments. [1, 2]
- Entitlements & Quotas: Allocate and manage service plans, resource quotas, and licensing consumption (CPEA / PAYG). [1, 2]
- Security & Identity Management: Configure and manage SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAML trust, and role collections. [1, 2]
- Connectivity & Destinations: Set up and maintain SAP Cloud Connector tunnels, SSL certificates, and system destinations for cloud-to-on-premise integration. [1, 2]
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor platform health, audit logs, and alert notifications, resolving issues related to quotas, performance, and runtime environments.
