Key Responsibilities
- Landscape Management: Oversee SAP environments including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and BTP within RISE frameworks. [1]
- Migrations & Upgrades: Plan and execute cloud migrations, technical upgrades, system conversions, and database refreshes. [1]
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary escalation point for managing service requests, incidents, and root-cause analysis with SAP and external cloud providers. [1, 2, 3]
- System Health & Security: Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, database performance tuning (HANA), and security compliance. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior Basis administrators, define operational best practices, and drive automation initiatives.
