Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise all day-to-day activities at site.
Take complete responsibility for site execution, quality, progress and coordination.
Prepare BBS, Manage and monitor all billing activities related to the site.
Prepare, verify and coordinate RA Bills, subcontractor bills and client bills.
Take and verify site measurements as per actual work executed.
Prepare and check BOQ, quantity calculations, measurement sheets and work abstracts.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and the project team for billing and execution.
Verify quantities against approved drawings, BOQ and actual site work.
Preferred candidate profile - stay near by or at central line.
We don't provide company accommodation facility.
