Role & responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Business Development

- Develop and execute annual and multi-year resource mobilization strategy.
- Build diversified funding portfolio across CSRs, Bilateral Agencies and HNIs.
- Identify emerging funding opportunities aligned to programmes.

Strategic Partnerships & Donor Management

- Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, Government Agencies and Institutional Donors.
- Lead donor meetings, partnership negotiations and stewardship initiatives.

Proposal Development & Grant Management

- Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, budgets and technical narratives.
- Coordinate with Programme, Finance, MEL and Communications teams.
- Ensure donor compliance and timely reporting.

Pipeline Management & Research

- Manage donor pipeline and CRM.
- Research CSR,



FCRA and philanthropy landscape.
- Represent the organization in CSR forums and donor networks.

Impact Communication & Collaboration

- Develop donor presentations, impact reports and case studies.
- Support organizational strategy and sustainability initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2 - 3 years of fundraising experience in an NGO
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising fundarising campaigns
