Role: Presales / Solution Consultant

We are looking for experienced Presales / Solution Consulting professionals to strengthen Vinculums presales team and support regional and enterprise growth.

The candidate must have strong Retail and E-commerce domain experience and the ability to understand end-to-end commerce processes and translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and understand business processes, pain points and technology requirements.

• Design end-to-end solutions across Vinculums product suite.

• Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and POCs.

• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, presentations, effort estimates and solution documentation.

• Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Technology and Customer Success teams throughout the sales cycle.

• Identify product fit, configuration, customisation, integration and implementation requirements.

• Handle complex enterprise and regional opportunities independently.

• Present solution architecture and business value to CXO, business and technology stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace and Omnichannel technology trends.

Vinculum Product Exposure

The candidate should be able to understand and position Vinculum's broader commerce technology portfolio, including:

• Vin PIM Product / Catalog onboarding tool

• Vin WMS Warehouse Management System (WMS) and fulfilment





• Vin OMS Order Management and order orchestration

• Vin Omni Store experience platform

• Vin Reco – Reconciliation and marketplace/order reconciliation

• Vin Integration – Pre-built integration engine across marketplaces, webstores, ERP, POS, logistics/last-mile providers and other enterprise systems

• Vin Analytics – Commerce and operational analytics

The candidate should be able to demonstrate how these solutions work together to address an end-to-end Retail and E-commerce journey, rather than positioning individual products in isolation.

Mandatory Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting or Product/Functional Consulting.

• Mandatory Retail and E-commerce domain experience.

• Strong understanding of PIM, WMS, OMS, Order Management, Inventory, Fulfilment, Marketplace, Omnichannel, Logistics and Retail operations.

• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex solutioning/sales cycles.

• Strong experience in RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops and product/solution demonstrations.

• Ability to independently convert business requirements into functional and technology solutions.

• Valuable understanding of APIs, integrations, ERP, marketplaces, webstores and logistics systems.

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
