Role & responsibilities :

- Generate high-quality B2B leads through Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms.
- Research and identify potential clients based on target industries, company size, and decision-maker profiles.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with relevant company and contact information.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, decision-making authority, budget, and potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure proper lead nurturing.
- Track daily outreach, lead generation, conversations, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain updated lead and prospect information in CRM/lead management tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Research current markets, industries, and potential client segments.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Lead Generation,



Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research, data-mining, and prospect qualification skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in an IT, digital marketing, or agency environment will be preferred.
