We are looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Industrial Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical / CIvil etc) to create high-quality assessment content for Masters and PhD-level candidates.

The assessments will be used to evaluate candidates supporting projects related to AI/LLM model training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create technically accurate questions for Masters and PhD-level Engineering candidates
- Develop MCQs, descriptive questions, problem-solving questions, and application-based questions
- Prepare answer keys, evaluation criteria, and explanations where required
- Ensure questions assess both conceptual understanding and advanced domain expertise
- Review and validate assessment content for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

- PhD degree in Engineering from Tier 1 college.
- Strong subject matter expertise in specialized domain
- Experience in academia, research, assessment creation, question paper setting, or content development is preferred
- Ability to create advanced-level technical assessments independently
