JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Area Business head has the responsibility of driving
sales and achieving the sales target of self and the team
of BDMs

Training of Advisor
Engaging and guiding the team
Target Achievement
¢ Drive sales and achieve goal sheet targets
¢ Motivating and guiding BDMs to achieve targets
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
QUALITATIVE
¢ Achieving sales targets
¢ Recruitment of Advisors/MDRTs
¢ Guiding BDMs in Recruitment of Advisor/ MDRTs
¢ Activisation of Advisor (20% Activisation)
¢ Generate revenues as per Goal Sheet
QUANTITATIVE
¢ Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and
Annual Sales Target
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
WORK EXPERIENCE
4-8 years In Insurance
Team handling experience is a must.
Age: 40 years max
