About the Role

The Founders Office is the strategic execution arm of the organization, working closely with the Founder and leadership team on high-priority business initiatives, growth opportunities, technology transformation, marketing, and strategic projects.

We are looking for a highly proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented professional with 13 years of experience who is eager to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, identifying growth opportunities, working across functions, and turning ideas into execution. The individual will work closely with the Founder on initiatives across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, AI Transformation, Market Research, Partnerships, and Business Strategy.

The role will require strong ownership, curiosity, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Work closely with the Founder to identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to identify potential markets, clients, and opportunities.
- Support lead generation, prospect research, outreach strategies, and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, commercial discussions, and client-facing materials.
- Track business development pipelines, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
- Support the Founder in strategic client meetings, business discussions, and partnership conversations.

AI Transformation & Technology

- Work with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, productivity, customer experience, and decision-making.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms,



and technologies relevant to the business.
- Identify repetitive or manual processes that can be automated using AI and other technology solutions.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Work with internal technology teams to convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Track the impact and ROI of AI and automation initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Growth

- Work closely with leadership and the marketing team to develop and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives.
- Support digital marketing, content strategy, campaigns, LinkedIn/social media initiatives, and other brand-building activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify positioning, messaging, and marketing opportunities.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and thought-leadership content.
- Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
- Explore new channels, partnerships, events, and initiatives that can contribute to business growth.

Strategic Projects & Founders Office Initiatives

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and special projects across different areas of the organization.
- Convert high-level ideas and business objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Independently drive assigned projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks,



and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
- Prepare business reviews, management presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
- Conduct research and analysis to support important business decisions.

Business Performance & Analytics

- Develop and maintain business dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Monitor key business metrics across sales, marketing, operations, and growth initiatives.
- Analyze business performance and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Use Excel, BI tools, AI tools, and other analytical platforms to improve reporting and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM / B.Com / BBA / Economics / Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Candidates from strong academic backgrounds with relevant business, strategy, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurial exposure will be preferred.

Experience

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Founders Office, Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth, Marketing, Product, Operations, or similar roles.
- Candidates with experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership will be preferred.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment is an advantage.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the Founder and leadership team, offering the prospect to work across Business Development, Growth, Marketing, AI Transformation, Strategy, and Business Operations.
