Sourcing Manager Fashion & Electronics

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager – Fashion & Electronics to build and manage a strong network of brands, manufacturers, distributors, and authorized sellers across India. This role is ideal for someone who understands vendor acquisition, commercial negotiations, product assortment, and supply-side growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in identifying high-quality suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, expanding product availability, and ensuring competitive pricing across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers across Fashion and Consumer Electronics.
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and authorized brand partners.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, promotional support, and inventory commitments.
- Expand the supplier network across apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, smartphones, gadgets, appliances, and consumer electronics.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, inventory availability, service quality, and business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product onboarding and catalog readiness.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor assortment to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Drive category expansion by introducing new brands and high-demand products.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to resolve vendor-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare sourcing reports, commercial analyses, and supplier performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, category management, or business development.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, distribution, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Fashion and/or Consumer Electronics ecosystem.
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for supplier meetings and business development.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Reliance Retail, Tata CLiQ, Croma, Vijay Sales, or large brand distribution networks will be preferred.

Experience working with apparel brands, footwear manufacturers, consumer electronics distributors, lifestyle brands, or omnichannel retail businesses will be an added advantage.
