We're hiring a Sales Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.

Location: Noida
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the complete order management cycle from order acceptance to invoicing and order closure.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and customers for smooth order execution.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFI), Sales Orders, contracts, and other order-related documentation.
- Track order status, dispatch schedules, deliveries, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain order records, customer communications, and prepare order closure documentation.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts,



management presentations, and operational performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Order Management Executive.
- Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel is compulsory.
- Solid knowledge of order management, invoicing, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Good coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.*
