We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow qualified with strong expertise across ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that align with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across the full project lifecycle, including exposure to cloud and SaaS environments.

- Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB.

- Implement and support ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and translate business needs into technical designs.

- Participate in all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.





- Ensure CMDB accuracy, governance, and alignment with ITOM and ITSM processes

- Provide analytical insights and continuous improvement recommendations for ServiceNow tools and processes.

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership across all levels of the organization.

- Support cloud-based and SaaS technology integrations and service management processes.

- Proven experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB modules

- Demonstrated experience implementing ITSM tools and ITIL process areas, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management

- Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and service management best practices

- Hands-on experience creating, configuring, and modifying ServiceNow toolset components

- Real-world exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS platforms

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
