Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled N8N Developer to design, build, and optimize workflow automations that streamline business processes across logistics, supply chain, and enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in workflow orchestration, API integrations, and data automation, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Workflow Design & Development
- Build, configure, and maintain automation workflows using N8N.
- Integrate multiple systems (ERP, CRM, cloud storage, email, APIs, databases) into seamless automated processes.
- Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and error handling.

- Integration & API Management

- Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Ensure secure authentication and compliance with data protection standards.

- Data Handling & Transformation

- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) between systems.
- Implement error logging, retry mechanisms, and monitoring dashboards.

- Collaboration & Governance





- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Document workflows, maintain version control, and ensure governance compliance.
- Collaborate with IT/security teams to align automations with organizational policies.

- Continuous Improvement

- Monitor workflow performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated on N8N features, plugins, and automation best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience with N8N or similar workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Node-RED).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for custom nodes and scripting.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, DLP, GDPR/DPDPA compliance).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
