We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead with strong experience in Domestic IT & C2H Recruitment, Team Handling, and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT & C2H recruitment.
- Manage client/stakeholder communication and requirements.
- Monitor team performance, targets, and recruitment metrics.
- Source, screen, and close candidates for IT requirements.
- Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment quality.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 3+ years of Team Handling experience.
- Strong C2H recruitment experience.




- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment portals.
- Own laptop, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and power backup are mandatory.

Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month
