Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, organized and dynamic Training and Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employer relations, coordinating student placements, and providing ongoing support to both students and partner organizations. This role plays a key part in connecting students with valuable training and career opportunities while ensuring the smooth execution of all placement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential employers to create placement opportunities.
- Visit organizations to establish training and placement tie-ups.
- Coordinate with employers to facilitate student internships and job placements.
- Follow up with students and employers to track placement progress and gather feedback.




- Maintain and update training and placement records accurately and on time.
- Address and resolve student queries or issues related to training and placement activities.
- Assist the Department Head with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Previous experience in training and placement coordination, recruitment, or career services preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
