- Ensure site readiness as per approved drawing.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPI

Quality Assurance:

- Percentage of completed projects meeting or exceeding quality standards and specifications, ensuring the engineer's adherence to quality control measures.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Evaluation of design accuracy and optimization, considering factors such as material usage, structural integrity, and environmental impact, to assess the engineer's ability to deliver effective and sustainable design
- Assessment of the engineer's ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objective




- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to address emerging issues and ensure project objectives are achieved within established constraints

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES

- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil engineering or a related field is typically required. Some universities may offer specialized tracks within civil engineering, such as structural engineering, transportation engineering, or environmental engineering
- Technical Proficiency: Civil engineers should be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, structural analysis software, and other engineering tools
- Civil engineers should be adaptable and flexible to accommodate changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements
- Well aware about civil work
- Awareness of civil engineering work
- Knowledge instruments.
- Awareness of electrical safety.
- Drawing creation & reading
- Well verse with computer & civil engineering works.
