Job Summary

We are looking for motivated candidates interested in building a career in Medical Coding. This position is suitable for freshers and candidates who have not yet obtained a medical coding certification. Training will be provided to develop knowledge and practical skills in medical coding and healthcare documentation.

Qualification & Specifications:

MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, PHARMACY B.Sc/M.Sc (Life Sciences / Biology / Bio Chemistry / Micro Biology / Nursing / Bio Technology), B.P.T, B.E BIOMEDIAL, B.Tech (Biotechnology/Bio Chemistry).

Year passed out 2025-2026

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare documentation.
- Review patient medical records and identify relevant clinical information.
- Understand basic medical coding guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling medical information.
- Participate in training, assessments, and practical coding exercises.




- Improve coding accuracy and productivity through continuous learning.
- Follow company quality standards and compliance requirements.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
- Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and interpret medical documentation.
- Willingness to learn medical coding and healthcare processes.
- Good accuracy and concentration.

Training & Career Prospect

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in Medical Coding, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and healthcare documentation. Successful candidates may progress into entry-level medical coding and healthcare operations roles based on their performance.
