Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Pune projects through channel partner and direct lead conversions from Pune & NCR.

- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in Pune and NCR.
- Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities
- Ensuring generation of leads through calls, references, follow-ups etc
- Promptly responding to sales enquires to maximize sales conversions
- Coordinating with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
- Excellent capabilities for sales presentations and closure
- Relationship management with CPs
- Generating references from various potential sources to achieve the target as per company policies
- Coordinating and managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments
- Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
- Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms
