Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- 8–12 years of experience in Operation Theatre, with relevant leadership/managerial experience
- Robust knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, surgical procedures, and patient safety
- Experience in managing OT staff, schedules, and daily operations
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day OT operations
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthesia team, and other departments
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
- Manage OT staff, duty rosters, and workflow
- Monitor OT equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
