Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and subcontractors.
- Verify contractor bills against BOQ, drawings, work orders, and site measurements.
- Check measurements recorded in MB (Measurement Book) and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and reconcile executed quantities with BOQ quantities.
- Verify material consumption, wastage, deductions, and recoveries.
- Coordinate with Site, QS, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts teams for bill processing.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item bills, and deviation statements.
- Track certified bills, payments, advances, retention, and other deductions.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of contractor bills.
- Support project cost control and monthly billing/MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and commercial records.
