Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow AI Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.

Key Skills:

- 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist / GenAI / AI Agents / AI Search / Virtual Agent / NLU / Task Intelligence / Document Intelligence
- Solid knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Studio IDE and ATF
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
- Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Strong customer-facing, consulting and presentation skills
- Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- Customer workshop, enablement and AI adoption experience preferred

Note: Candidates must be available for the Face-to-Face Drive in Hyderabad on 3rd or 4th September 2026.
