Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Workload Automation Engineers. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Python, SQL, Operating Systems, and Cloud concepts.

This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and build a career in Workload Automation and IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support automated batch jobs and workloads.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of job failures and scheduling issues.
- Work with Unix/Linux environments and execute basic commands.
- Develop and maintain basic Shell scripts and Python scripts.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and automation practices.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems
- Basic understanding of Cloud concepts
- Good understanding of basic programming and troubleshooting concepts

Most Important Requirement

Candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts are extremely significant for this role.

Eligibility

- Freshers / 01 year of experience
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Candidates with basic knowledge of Unix/Linux, Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, or Cloud are preferred
