JOB SUMMARY
(Brief about the existence of the position)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Engineer to join our team and provide functional & technical support to various functions in the organisation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP support, incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP-related issues.
The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP modules like FICO, MM, PP, along with good understanding of business processes and SAP support methodologies.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties)

1. Provide L1/L2/L3 SAP application support based on experience and role requirements.
2. Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP incidents and service requests.
3. Troubleshoot SAP issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
4. Manage and prioritize support tickets according to SLA and business priority.
5.



Work closely with business users to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.
6. Coordinate with SAP functional, technical and external support teams for issue resolution.
7. Support SAP configuration, testing, and validation of fixes where required.
8. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
9. Track and update tickets.
10. Communicate with users and provide regular updates on open issues.

QUALIFICATION:

- B.E./B.Tech or MBA or Equivalent

LOCATION OF WORK: Pashamylaram, Patancheru, Sangareddy District, TG.
SALARY: Not a constraint for a deserving candidate
