- Handle customer enquiries and generate leads for Education Loans & Personal Loans.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products, eligibility and documentation.
- Collect, verify and process customer documents for loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval, sanction and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers and financial institutions to ensure timely processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
