QUALITY ANALYST (QA)
Job Title: Quality Analyst – Collections
? Job Purpose:
To ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence in customer interactions.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor recorded/live calls
- Evaluate calls based on quality parameters
- Maintain quality scorecards
- Provide feedback to agents and TLs
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with RBI/collection guidelines
? KPIs:
- Quality score
- Error reduction
- Compliance adherence
? Requirements:
- 1–2 years QA experience in BPO/collections preferred/ freshers can also apply
- 12th/ any Graduate
? Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
