Job Title: Telecaller

Job Time : 2 pm to 10 pm

Location: Edappally

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹ 15 k to 18 k

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, handling queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.

- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.

- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
