Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all feedback collection efforts.
- Assist in developing and refining feedback collection strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all participants providing feedback.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in feedback collection, market research, or a similar role.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
