Job Overview

​We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with basic tax filings and reconciliations. Prior working experience of at least 6 months in a CA firm/accounting, along with hands-on proficiency in Tally and basic computer applications, is mandatory.

​Key Responsibilities

​Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

​Manage data entry and ledger maintenance using Tally (ERP 9 / Prime).

​Assist in preparing and maintaining cash books, bank books, and journal vouchers.

​Perform regular bank reconciliations (BRS) and vendor/client ledger reconciliations.

​Support senior accountants in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS computation/filing.

​Maintain physical and digital accounting files, invoices,



and vouchers systematically.

​Assist during internal/statutory audits and year-end closing processes.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

​Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a CA Firm/accounting (article assistant or junior accountant role).

​Software Skills: Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Office (especially MS Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

​Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, debit/credit rules, GST, and TDS concepts.

​Core Competencies: Valuable numerical ability, attention to detail, basic business communication, and time management skills.
