Must have strong knowledge of site supervision and construction activities.
Must have positive knowledge of civil construction work and interior work.
Good understanding of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, finishing, and other civil/interior works.
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Should have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in the construction field is mandatory.
Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify and resolve site-related and execution issues effectively.
Good knowledge of site measurements, material requirements, quality control, and work execution
