Job Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard delivery partners for Swiggy.
- Conduct field recruitment activities in assigned locations.
- Identify potential candidates through market visits, references, and local hiring activities.
- Explain job details, earning opportunities, incentives, and working process to candidates.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents.
- Assist candidates with the registration and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the onboarding/support team to complete joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully start working.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly delivery partner hiring targets.
- Conduct local promotional activities to attract new candidates.
- Maintain positive communication and relationships with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Field work Experiance is mandatory 6months
