Lead hardware design and development of power electronics systems including converters, inverters, SMPS, high-voltage power supplies, and magnetics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.
- Architecture design for power electronics systems.
- Circuit design (Analog, Digital, Power stages).
- Design of high-frequency transformers, inductors, and magnetic components.
- Simulation (PSPICE, MATLAB, LTspice).
- Component selection & derating calculations.
- Thermal design & reliability engineering.
- EMI/EMC compliance planning.
- Prototype validation & failure analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Coordinate with production & quality teams.
- Vendor technical evaluation.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Power Topologies (Resonant, LLC, PWM, Full-Bridge, Half-Bridge).
- High voltage design experience.
- Magnetics design expertise.
- PCB layout guidance (Altium / OrCAD).
- Knowledge of industrial standards.
- Risk assessment & reliability engineering.

B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech EEE
Experience: 3 - 7 years in Power Electronics
