Key Responsibilities KCD (Client Servicing)
- Build and maintain solid, professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure clients are effectively using IndiaMART products and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate client e-catalogues.
- Upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client retention targets.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
- Conduct 45 face-to-face client meetings daily.
