Role & responsibilities

Expert Trainers Academy is seeking experienced, energetic, and highly engaging Safety Trainers/HSE Trainers to deliver professional safety training programs.

We are specifically looking for candidates with genuine experience in safety training and classroom/online training, rather than candidates having only site-based Safety Officer or Safety Engineer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety/HSE Trainer

- Minimum 5 years of practical in office HSE/Safety experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, HSE and core safety concepts

- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent higher-level safety qualification preferred

- IOSH and OSHA qualifications/certifications

- Level 6 Safety/HSE qualification preferred

- Train the Trainer certification will be an advantage

- Grad IOSH / CertIOSH or equivalent professional credentials will be an advantage

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills

- Ability to make training sessions interactive, practical, and engaging

- Confident in handling classroom as well as online training

- Strong personality, energy, and ability to engage with different levels of learners
