Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Manager / Service Delivery Manager with solid experience in Oracle technologies, service delivery, customer governance, escalation management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Oracle technical service delivery for enterprise customers.
- Own customer governance, SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and operational metrics.
- Handle and drive critical technical escalations through to resolution.
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Oracle product, engineering, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Provide technical leadership across Oracle environments.
- Manage customer communication, risks, issues, and service improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Identify and support AI / GenAI and automation opportunities within service delivery.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to agreed service levels.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–13 years of overall IT experience.
- Experience in Oracle Technical Management / TAM / Service Delivery Management.
- Strong Oracle product experience in one or more:
- OCI
- Oracle Database / Exadata
- Oracle EBS / Apps DBA
- Oracle SaaS / Fusion Cloud

- Strong Escalation Management and Governance experience.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Good technical understanding of enterprise IT environments.
- AI / GenAI knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

- Oracle / OCI certifications.
- AI / GenAI certifications.
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with automation and AI-driven service operations.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience.
