1. Business Development of Existing BS- Module Workshops
- Active engagement with all workshops categorized under Modules. Be the first point of
contact for all workshops in assigned territory.
- Ensure workshops are fully aware of Bosch PC, CV and Electrical product range & is the
preferred choice for parts consumption.
- Ensure all policies, schemes, promotions are explained, and workshops are actively
participating in the same.
- Generate parts orders to assigned BMD/BLD/BBD & ensure consumption from the
workshops.
- Establish connect with BMDs & Area Managers to ensure that the on-time Workshops
parts fulfillment is adhered.
- Collect feedback from workshops, resolve queries, communicate to Concept Head for
interventions if any.
- Promote Digital tool adoption by workshops for parts ordering.
- Promote value added services when offered.
- Arrange timely training programs for network of workshops on new product launches,
current technologies etc.
- Ensure all workshops follow the branding requirements needed to be a Bosch workshop
partner.
2. Network Expansion / New Workshop Development
- Own the territory to expand the Modules network to all potential workshops in line with
the concept requirements.
- Engage proactively with potential workshops, own lead management from prospecting
to conversion.
- Be the champion of the concept with full understanding of the value proposition &
benefits for prospective partners
- Consultative approach to support aspiring workshops to join hands and become a
Bosch Module partner.
- Ensure end to end operations & process is adhered to for conversion as workshop
partner
- Actively engage BMDs/BLDs/BBDs in developing the market together with joint visits,
joint meets...etc
3. Market Facing/General
- Track performance of all assigned workshops month after month
- Collect Market Information on competitor actions in the workshop space that are
publicly available.
- Communicate customer specific requirements to Concept head.
Administrative / Reporting / Accountability:
- Day to Day operational reporting to Regional Module Manager/ Area Module manager
- Skip level reporting to Concept Head-India Modules
- BP-Modules should be effectively utilized for defined scope of business & not
diverted for any other topics
New BP enrollment and readiness:
- New BP enrollment through approved agencies
- Onboarded BP should be trained on topics related to Modules and services and
practical experience by shadowing module managers
- Module Manager should ensure access to Infocomm app, BRP Training, Warranty
Training and BP-BMD linking etc
Suggested candidate Profile:
- ITI / Diploma in Eng. / Graduate (Automotive/Mechanical/similar)/ General Degree
course
- Sales or Service experience preferably in Automobile industry
- Age: 22- 40 years (at the time of joining)-Preferable
- Fluent in local language, additional knowledge of English preferable
- Must be willing to travel extensively every day as per business requirements.
General Guidelines:
- For BP-Modules: Respective Module Managers are fully responsible and accountable
for the effective utilisation & productivity of the BPs W/s linked to them
- Administrative assignments will not constitute BP's target.
- Regional COR to support in administrative topics.
