Role & responsibilities:

Experience: 10 to 20 years

Job location: Hyderabad

Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects within approved budget, quality, and safety standards while leading site teams, managing contractors/vendors, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

* Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.

* Experience: 10-20 years in building construction as a project manager handling high-rise building projects end-to-end with a contractor's company, dealing with clients. (PRECAST experience would be added advantage.)

*Technical Must-Haves: Strong in planning (MS Project/Primavera), BOQ & billing, QA/QC, contractor management, and on-time delivery.

* Location/Industry:



Preferably from Hyderabad with experience in reputed construction firms handling multiple sites simultaneously

* Personality: A leader who can handle pressure, take ownership, and get work done through teams and motivate them.
