Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential new clients in the IT services industry or any industry for US offshoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in Business Development Lead role or similar position.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Robust understanding of Client Relationship Management principles and practices.
- Experience working in an IT services environment.
