Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP Ariba applications across India.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x5 support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration, customizing, or supporting projects.
- Robust understanding of SAP ECC integration with Ariba Cloud or On-Premise deployments.
- Proficiency in configuring contracts, master data setup, and user administration within Ariba.
