Visual Floor Presence & Patient Satisfaction

- Maintain continuous floor visibility across OP, Endoscopy, IP, OT, and Lab to monitor live workflows.
- Proactively engage with patients and families to assess comfort and resolve service delays immediately.
- Enforce a zero-complaint standard by identifying and fixing service bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Audit physical environments daily for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Staff Training & Development

- Design and deliver training on patient communication, soft skills, and service recovery protocols.
- Conduct regular mock drills for emergency response and clinical safety protocols across all five departments.
- Onboard new hires thoroughly on departmental workflows and service excellence standards.
- Upskill staff continuously on updated medical equipment and digital hospital information systems.

Close Monitoring & Smooth Operations

- OP: Minimize wait times, optimize doctor schedules, and streamline registration-to-billing queues.
- Endoscopy:



Maintain strict scheduling gaps, rapid room turnover, and sterile equipment readiness.
- IP: Coordinate smooth admissions, timely discharge clearances, and prompt nursing call-bell responses.
- OT: Ensure precise surgical scheduling, zero-delay pre-op clearances, and optimal post-op recovery transitions.
- Lab: Track turnaround times (TAT) for reports, optimize sample collection flows, and eliminate patient backlogs.

NABH Quality Parameter Maintenance

- Audit compliance daily against National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including medication errors, near-misses, and surgical safety checklists.
- Manage exact documentation for infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and patient consent verification.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any clinical or operational variances to prevent future issues
