Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional as Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager on the role of Shift-In-charge, to oversee batch processes in our chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shift operations shift staff, conducting shift handovers, ensuring smooth and productive production as per targets, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The role demands flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Job Responsibilities

- Shift Management:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities during assigned shifts,



ensuring adherence to production schedules and operational protocols.
- To control all operating parameters of the batch/continuous reactors, distillation columns, for smooth running of the plant.
