Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) for oil & gas processing facilities using Aspen HYSYS software.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations to optimize pipeline sizing, pump selection, and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during detail engineering phase.
- Perform feed and offsite activities such as equipment testing, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements :
- 5-18 years of experience in Process Engineering - Oil & Gas domain.
- Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS software for designing PFDs and performing hydraulic calculations.
- Robust understanding of feed preparation processes, including oil refining, petrochemical production, natural gas processing, LNG liquefaction plants.
