What Youll Do

- Develop and maintain backend and platform systems
- Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product and design teams to build features
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance
- Contribute to improving testing, documentation, and code quality
- Learn and apply AI-assisted development workflows

What Were Looking For

- 6-9 years of software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills and understanding of backend systems
- Basic understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently
- Valuable understanding of code quality, testing, and debugging
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node js, or similar stacks
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
- Experience working in startup environments
