We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Executive to handle barcoding, stock management, billing entries, and daily operational trackers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with APX Billing Software (Billing) and strong documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage product barcodes accurately
- Handle stock purchase entries in APX Billing (Billing)
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare and update daily and weekly trackers
- Perform DO (Delivery Order) checking
- Verify and cross-check invoices with purchase and stock records
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations team
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in APX Billing Software
- Knowledge of billing, inventory, and stock management
- Positive command over MS Excel (trackers, reports)
- Basic understanding of purchase, invoices, and DO process
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
