Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions across business functions.
- Define and execute the organization's RPA, AI, GenAI, and process automation strategy.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, complexity, and ROI.
- Design scalable end-to-end automation architectures integrating RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Lead automation projects using platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
- Drive integration of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, NLP, OCR, Document Understanding, and Intelligent Document Processing into automation solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into automation solutions.
- Develop POCs, prototypes, solution designs, technical proposals, effort estimates, and business cases for automation initiatives.
- Establish automation standards, reusable components, development frameworks, governance, security, and best practices.
- Drive Automation CoE activities including governance, pipeline management, platform standards, reusable assets, and automation maturity.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, ERP/CRM systems, web applications, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor automation performance, reliability, scalability, exceptions, and business outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs such as automation ROI, hours saved, process efficiency, transaction volumes, automation success rate, and defect reduction.




- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Product teams to deliver enterprise automation programs.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, code/design reviews, and production implementation.
- Manage automation delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide RPA developers, automation engineers, business analysts, and solution architects.
- Evaluate emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, process mining, and automation technologies and recommend their adoption.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, Process Automation, Automation Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related technology roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, BPM, workflow automation, process optimization,



and Automation CoE.
- Experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, NLP, OCR, Document Understanding, or Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Strong programming/scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBScript, or equivalent.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, API Integration, databases, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar cloud/AI platforms.
- Experience with Process Mining/Task Mining tools and process discovery is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of solution architecture, technical design, POCs, estimation, implementation, and production deployment.
- Experience defining automation strategy, governance, security, standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jira, and enterprise software development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and quantify business value, cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading automation teams is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Azure, AWS, AI/ML, or GenAI certifications are an advantage.
