Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the Human Resources function of our organization. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or similar industrial environment.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening employee relations, and building a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and separation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment for managerial, supervisory, technical, and operational positions.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with management on manpower requirements, organizational restructuring, and workforce planning.
- Develop performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems.
- Design and implement employee training, development, and skill-building programs.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Liaise with government departments, labour authorities, consultants, and other external stakeholders whenever required.
- Manage HR audits and ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers and records.
- Develop systems for employee welfare, safety, discipline, and workplace productivity.
- Provide HR MIS and regular reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective HR operations across the organization.
