Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer/dealer calls.
- Generate recent leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Follow up on enquiries and existing leads.
- Explain product details and support lead conversion.
- Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
