Role & responsibilities
Centre Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall centre operations, business performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, coach, and monitor team performance to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and organisational policies.
- Develop and execute business plans, strategies, and action plans to meet centre targets.
- Monitor operational processes, quality standards, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage recruitment, performance appraisal, employee development, and team engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and expense controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Support management in achieving business goals and continuous process improvement.
