Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery sales and a strong understanding of customer handling and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product details, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
- Maintain proper follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of jewellery designs, trends,



and market developments.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales will be an advantage.
